About

The ROADS (Rovers Observation and Discoveries in Space) program offers students hands-on experiences exploring STEM concepts based on real-life NASA missions. Teams who complete the challenges and submit their results are entered into a drawing to win a trip to Kennedy Space Center. In May of 2024, three Montana Teams won the trip. 

Northwest Earth & Space Science Pathways (NESSP), based at Central Washington University, developed the program with a NASA grant.

Montana Hub Event

MSU Academic Technology and Outreach is hosting a ROADS (Rovers, Observation, and Drone Survey) Hub event on an upcoming date that has not yet been decided. Teams from around Montana will converge at Montana State University to share their ROADS projects.
