Deadline to Request Migration for Courses outside the Migration Schedule: May 16, 2025

Requests to migrate courses outside the migration schedule will close on Friday, May 16.

The following are not automatically migrated and outside of the migration schedule:

  • Academic courses prior to Summer 2022
  • Practice and master courses
  • Non-credit courses

If you would like any of these courses migrated, please make your request by Friday, May 16, 2025.

Do you need student data, submissions, or grades from this year or the past? Unfortunately, student data, submissions, or grades in D2L Brightspace will not migrate to Canvas.

If you want to retain this information, download it from D2L Brightspace before it goes offline on Sunday, June 1, 2025.

We have migrated your summer 2022 through fall 2024 courses to Canvas. Log into Canvas and confirm that your courses migrated as expected.

We will migrate Spring 2025 courses in July. You can also migrate those courses independently.
