Dynamic, fast-paced sessions: Instructors use a mix of experiential learning, group exercises, cutting-edge DVD’s, Q and A’s, and leadership experience to create a fun and exciting learning experience. You will get a chance to experience and practice every leadership concept.

Instructors with extensive leadership experience: Our instructors are experienced leaders with backgrounds ranging from government leadership to private industry to non-profit. They have a passion for leadership and a concern for the success of every participant.

Practical, no-nonsense tools that can be applied immediately: If leadership is an art, this course provides the paint, brush, canvas, and practice. The Benefits for Your Organization

High quality programming: The leadership series has been taught to thousands of satisfied customers. Follow-up to several organizations has shown increased morale, lower turn-over, and higher productivity from those who have attended the series.

Cost-effective: For large organizations, the cost of employee travel, hiring consultants or developing your own program can add up quickly. By using the leadership program, you can choose the location, purchase group discounts, and even have the course customized for your organization. If you are a smaller organization or even an independent business owner, the cost of a training program can be out of reach. Our public programs provide the same high-quality content and instructors, and are affordable for nearly any group or individual at a very reasonable price.

Customizable: The program can be customized for your organization. The Leadership Program will assess your program needs and work with you to develop a leadership series that addresses the specific needs of your group. In addition we provide follow-up effectiveness evaluations and a refresher 2-3 months after the program is presented.
