Desire2Learn will be down for a scheduled system upgrade from 6:00 am to approximately 2:00 pm MST on Thursday, August 9, 2012.

D2L Learning Environment to be upgraded to version 10

If you are using D2L mark your calendars for August 9, 2012!

There will be a significant upgrade to the Desire2Learn (D2L) Learning Environment on August 9, 2012. D2L advises that the upgrade and related adjustments could take much of the day. In light of this, you should plan on being UNABLE to access D2L on August 9, 2012.

You'll notice changes related to the appearance of and navigation within the D2L Learning Environment after the upgrade on August 9 but you will be able to access the same functions and tools that you were using prior to the upgrade.

Expanded support documentation containing information regarding D2L LE Version10 will be available starting the day of the upgrade by selecting D2L Version link(s).

*Note that some of the tools referenced in the videos are not tools that are utilized in the Montana State University - Bozeman D2L instance. Note further that MSU's look (My Home page, Course Home page) will differ from the look in these videos produced by D2L.
