Teaching and Learning with Technology
Providing Resources for Faculty and Staff
 Our teaching and learning staff help faculty from Montana State University and other select campuses teach.
We provide insight into new technologies and pedagogical techniques while keeping faculty abreast of trends and ideas in technology and education.
The Burns Technology Center's teaching and learning
staff also maintain educational tools, like Desire2Learn
(D2L), so our campus communities can get
on with the business of learning.
 Fall 2009 D2L Faculty Workshops: Various dates/times (beginner through advanced in one- and two-hour blocks). Courses cover D2L basics, communication, drop-box, gradebook, and other tools. You may take any course from any series; please register for each course individually.

Open Labs: Just-in-time, by-your-side support for faculty
who are teaching with Desire2Learn. First-come/first-serve; feel free to
